Robin has been guided down the path of IPSALU since 2018, as a student and apprentice teacher, and celebrates the sacred framework guided by breath, sound and movement. 

 She strives to live in trust and surrender and is devoted to activating her inner aliveness and inspiring the same in others. Together with her partner Aly Khan they are lovingly bringing this work into the world as a teaching couple.

 Led by vulnerability and authenticity Robin holds great wonder and appreciation for nature's beauty and life’s daily gifts. She says yes to a purpose-filled life by practicing presence with the small sacred moments that may otherwise be overlooked as mundane.

 Nurture is her nature and as a mother of three she can attest to the powerful transformational powers of this kriya yoga practice. The grounding and enlivening framework holds her, her family, and community with love.                                                                               

Robin has called Costa Rica home for the last 19 years and holds heart-centered community gatherings and women's circles in the mountains and by the waters.
