Ipsalu Tantra offers weekend intensives, weeklong retreats in beautiful locations, and personalized support for participants at every level. The courses are based on techniques from the Tantric Kriya Yoga tradition.  This is a step by step process that is safe, powerful and effective, leading to greater fulfillment and flow.

In the beginning, you will explore your subtle senses, play in the world of subtle energies.  You will expand your sensitivity to sensual experiences and increase your capacity for sensual pleasure.  Learn how to enhance your relationships, and also how to use your sexual, creative energy in many ways beyond normal expression, including healing yourself and others, rejuvenating your body and mind, awakening psychic potentials and much more.

LEVEL I ~ Learning to Live in Bliss This course focuses on being present in the moment, finding that still point where you experience Infinite Consciousness within your body. That clarity totally transforms your sense of who you are, expanding beyond old limitations. Using powerful yogic techniques, you reach a greater integration of mind, soul, and body. Your sexual relationships become ecstatic communion between souls. After the course, you will have an internet Practicum as well as a counselor available to assist you in your practice as you learn to: · Prolong and deepen lovemaking - generating/containing more sexual energy. Transmute sexual energy to rejuvenate the body and stimulate creativity. Really be present with your Beloved. Discover your unlimited Self as the creator of your reality and experience Joyfully transform your reality so you can manifest your Soul's intentions. The course builds toward initiation into the First Level of Cosmic Cobra Breath. This wonderful technique transmutes sexual energy to open your third eye. Then you begin to see the truth behind the illusions of the objective world and become the Witness to your life-drama, rather than its victim. We celebrate our aliveness with song and dance and healing massage. You'll find yourself playing with subtle energy, sharing energies with others, finding a sense of inner unity, feeling at one with God. The mood is fun and playful and at the same time deep and profound. Sexual practices are discussed but there is no explicit sexual activity in the course.

LEVEL II ~ Bliss In Relationship Here, you focus on the issues that keep your root energy from flowing freely. You deal with attitudes toward the opposite sex that keep you from actualizing your inner opposite sex qualities. You learn to use the "problems" in relationships as opportunities to heal the wounded Inner Child, releasing blocked energies in the lower chakras while addressing traumas of sexual repression, abuse, and incest. By using Witness Consciousness and the power of orgasmic energy, you quickly move through old limitations to greater joy as you learn to: Discover the erroneous beliefs that underlie our limited self definition. Release yourself from bondage to old self-sabotaging emotional patterns. Embrace your Inner Male and Female aspects. · Rediscover your innocence and spontaneity. Find true satisfaction in your work and play. Recognize the God or Goddess in your partner and in every being. You will receive the Second Level of Cosmic Cobra Breath in a self-initiation to cleanse the chakras and balance male and female energies. One breath produces the spiritual growth that normally takes an entire year. Obviously, your spiritual evolution is dramatically accelerated! You must have practiced the First Level Cobra Breath at least 40 days before receiving Second. A secret astral channel has to be opened before you proceed and no other practice accomplishes that.

Back to the Top LEVEL III ~ Bliss of Divine Love Once the lower chakras are open, you are ready to gently open the heart and throat chakras. When male/female energy is balanced, the body is ready for a safe and natural Kundalini activation. There have been moments of bliss throughout the process, but now it is possible to maintain that state more consistently. The throat chakra opens interdimensional doors to alternate and simultaneous realities, allowing the Soul to express itself in the physical world. You see that life is an opportunity for Divine play and delight as you learn to: Give and receive unconditional love. Your sense of separateness disappears. Be available for true intimacy, communication and compassion. Enter timeless states where miracles occur on a regular basis. Experience a serenity that is profoundly expanded and yet dynamically grounded. Enter a new phase of relationship, based on love rather than need. You will receive the Third Level Cobra Breath Initiation. Only in this class do we do the Tantric Rebirthing, a process some have described as the most intense experience of their life.  At this level, for the first time, we do a Maithuna Ritual, invoking the Kali energy. This process is only as sexual as you wish it to be.  At each level powerful bonds develop between members of the group, and as the group energy gets increasingly clear, the connections become more beautiful, more spontaneous and authentic.
